Lovelace Properties home office in located in the heart of Grants Pass, Oregon. It's doors opened on October 01, 1996. We manage properties throughout the State of Oregon. Lovelace Properties specializes in USDA-Rural Development, LIHTC Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and (HUD) Housing and Urban Development properties.

The main office in Grants Pass staff includes Debra Hughes, Occupancy Supervisor and three support staff. All properties have on-site managers and maintenance staff. The majority of our management and maintenance staff has been with the company for a minimum of 5 years and several since we opened our doors in 1996.

We work closely with management staff to review and qualify each new resident to make sure the property remains in compliance with all program regulations. We take pride in our efforts to be successful within all programs that we are governed under.

Our number one goal is to provide a safe living environment, which provides all the comforts of their own personal home surroundings. As a team we work to strive for resident satisfaction.
